XploitIRC has several positions opened for #Growth, this is the network growth production channel.
Being a member of #Growth takes much activity and time to seek out and find new groups/users to
establish new channels on XploitIRC. All new staff members will be on a trial period of 30 days as to make certain that you can hold this position and not be another "idler".

XploitIRC is accepting established links. Your server(s) will go through a 60 day trial link period.
During this time you will be unable to have global commands. You must have a consistant userbase of 30 active users or more before attempting to link. Prior to requesting a link your server will be monitored for a period of up to 10 days for activity as well as stability.
After this period a vote will be held and your link will be accepted or denied at this point.
